Te’o Denies Participation in Girlfriend Hoax

Notre Dame star Manti Te’o sat down for an interview with ESPN and maintained that he was not a part of an elaborate girlfriend hoax. Te’o did admit that he had never met his supposed girlfriend in person and that he did intentionally lead others to believe that they had met in person before her death. Te’o states that he learned of the hoax in early December, a joke that he described as “painful and humiliating.” To read more on this topic, view the original article:
